Yum Yum Sauce (also known by White Sauce, Sakura Sauce or Japanese Steakhouse Shrimp Sauce), has been a common ingredient in Japanese steakhouses for many years. This sauce has also been found in sushi restaurants, but it is becoming more common. Following popular demand, I did some research to find the best Yum Yum Sauce. This is a mixture of many recipes I found online, and a few batches that I made in my kitchen. **Special Note** This sauce can be made with heavy mayonnaise, Miracle Whip and low fat, non-dairy mayonnaise.
